Publication Ethics

The Egyptian Journal of Agricultural Sciences (EJAS) adheres to the following guidelines on publication ethics.

Guidelines to authors:

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original and novel work.
  • Submitted manuscripts unpublished or under publication in any other journal or conference.
  • All sources must be cited at the point they are used.
  • Any conflict of interest must be clearly stated.
  • Authors must acknowledge the sources of data used in the development of the manuscript.
  • After submission, the editor should be urgently notified with errors discovered in the manuscript. 

Guidelines to reviewers of EJAS:

  • Observed conflict of interest during the review process must be addressed to the editor.
  • All manuscript information should be kept confidential.
  • That any information that may be the reason for the rejection of publication of a manuscript must be communicated to the Editor.
